Shipping & Returns Policy

12 Months Limited Warranty

Bootlegger Guitar warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be defective during this warranty period, Bootlegger Guitar at its option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, you, the customer, must notify Bootlegger Guitar of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service.

The customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to a designated service center nominated by Bootlegger Guitar, with shipping charges prepaid.

The customer shall be responsible for paying all shipping charges, insurance, duties, taxes, and any other charges for products returned to us for any reason.

This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care.

Bootlegger Guitar shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty:

to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than Bootlegger Guitar representatives to install, repair or service the product,
to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment,
to repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non Bootlegger Guitar parts or supplies, or
to service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such a modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product.

This warranty is given by Bootlegger Guitar in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Bootlegger Guitar and its vendors disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Bootlegger Guitar responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the whole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages irrespective of whether Bootlegger Guitar or the vendor has advance notice of the possibility of such damages.

Bootlegger Guitar is not liable for any illegal use of equipment by customer. Bootlegger Guitar is not liable for any damages resulting from use of this product. User operates this product at own risk.

Return & Exchange Policy

Used & Vintage Items – 7 Days
Used & Vintage items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

New Items – 14 days
New items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refund

Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
